Hello, I’m Erika Flores!

I am a marketing and communications professional based in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, with a strong background in graphic design and visual storytelling. Since earning my Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside in 2020, I have grown my expertise beyond design to lead comprehensive marketing initiatives and communication strategies.

Currently, I serve as the Marketing Coordinator for Dundee Township Park District, where I manage digital platforms, develop engaging content, and coordinate community outreach to enhance public engagement. I’m passionate about creating cohesive messaging that strengthens brand identity and fosters meaningful connections with diverse audiences.

With proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and hands-on experience managing social media, email marketing, and multimedia content, I combine creativity with strategic thinking to deliver impactful marketing solutions. I’m eager to leverage my skills in a leadership or supervisory role to mentor teams, drive communication goals, and support organizational growth.
